Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from booking to handover and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Projects, and Site Teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
Coordinate customer visits, meetings,



inspections, and appointments.
Keep customers informed about project progress, payment schedules, documentation, and other key updates.
Coordinate the collection and verification of required customer documents.
Follow up on pending payments and documentation in coordination with the Accounts Team.
Maintain records of customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers during the possession and handover process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports.
Ensure timely communication and escalation of unresolved customer issues to management.
Support customer retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
