Leading Building Materials Company is hiring Sales Executives for an ON-ROLL position to drive secondary sales and market development.

Job Type: Full time | Field Sales
Location: Kanniyakumari

Key Responsibilities
Drive secondary sales through dealers, distributors, retailers and stockists.
Develop new dealers/retailers and strengthen existing channel relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and generate demand through contractors, builders, masons and other influencers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Achieve territory-wise sales targets and improve market coverage.
Maintain daily market visit reports and sales updates.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Building Materials Sales is mandatory.
Experience in TMT/Steel, Cement, Paints, Pipes & Fittings,



Construction Products or related Building Materials preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across within the aligned territory.
Any Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
