Role & responsibilities

Provide teleconsultation services through the

designated digital platform.
Attend medical camps and conduct

Occupational Health Center (OHC) consultations

as required.
Provide on-site medical consultations and

healthcare services during visits to old age

homes.
Be available to work on weekends according to

roster schedules and public holidays based on

business requirements.
Actively participate in webinars on digital

platforms and conduct seminars on medical

topics when required.
Utilize the organization's Doctor Portal

(accessible via laptop, tablet, or mobile device)

for teleconsultations and prescription

generation.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans

while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance

with legal, ethical, and clinical guidelines.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and





uphold qualified standards of care.

Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory: Valid MBBS degree.
Registered Medical Practitioner with a valid

registration in the respective state.
Solid medical knowledge and clinical

judgment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable understanding of healthcare laws,

regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills, including empathy and active listening.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Knowledge of additional languages will be

considered an advantage.
Experience in healthcare spaces like Practo,

Bajaj, and Mediassist can be considered.
