Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage patient relationships, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth patient experience throughout their journey with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient queries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
Build and maintain robust relationships with patients.
Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and procedures.
Explain treatment-related information, packages, and processes to patients as per company guidelines.
Follow up with existing and prospective patients regarding consultations and treatments.
Maintain regular communication with patients to improve satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with doctors, front desk, operations, and other departments for smooth patient handling.




Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details.
Support the team in achieving patient conversion, retention, and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, dermatology, cosmetology, or customer relationship role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently.
