Financial planning, reporting and analysis requirements across different business verticals/geographies for informed decision making.
Monthly/Quarterly forecasts, Annual Budgeting, Long Range Planning and related analysis and commentaries
Work closely with Commercial & Marketing team on product pricing and rebates for management of gross margins
Variance analysis of Margins - Actual vs. Budget up to the lowest level in the product structure hierarchy
Review of product costing and variance analysis from standard costing to identify variances
Credit Policy & Receivables management in co-ordination with the Commercial team.
Budgetary control of costs, cost analysis and optimization
Strengthen reporting processes & decision support systems with respect to revenue, gross margin, opex, capex, recent product development spends
Stakeholder and team management
Streamline/automate Commercial Finance processes to ensure policy adherence and enhance operational efficiencies.
