About the Role

Octavia Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales and marketing team and is looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing & Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, communicate with prospective travellers and convert enquiries into confirmed tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers and leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budget.
Explain tour packages, destinations, hotels, inclusions and pricing clearly.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper records.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns.
Build a good relationship with customers and provide qualified assistance throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the operations team for quotations,



bookings and confirmations.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the company's CRM/Google Sheets.
Participate in sales and marketing activities when required.

Who We Are Looking For
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Malayalam is an advantage.
Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up ability and a sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and work towards targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets.
Experience in telemarketing, travel sales, tourism, hospitality or customer service is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
