Job Description: Packaging Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a solid understanding of the beauty, personal care, and fragrance category. The role will focus on creating compelling visual communication across product packaging, social media, and brand collaterals.

A candidate with prior experience in the fragrance/perfume industry will be strongly preferred, especially someone who understands how design, packaging, and visual storytelling work together to build a beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop product packaging, labels, cartons, and other brand collaterals
Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and e-commerce
Develop visual concepts and design directions for current product launches
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into solid visual concepts
Maintain consistency across the brand's visual identity, typography, layouts, and design language
Create and adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms




Use AI-powered image generation and design tools to develop concepts, product visuals, and creative assets
Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, new packaging, and social media formats

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
Prior experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Fragrance is preferred
Fragrance/perfume category experience will be a strong advantage
Strong hands-on experience with product packaging and social media design
Hands-on proficiency with AI image generation tools is mandatory
Strong command of professional design software and AI-assisted workflows
Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Prior agency experience preferred
