We are looking for an experienced General Manager Operations who can bring strong operational and administrative expertise from any relevant industry and apply it effectively in a dynamic school environment.

Role Overview

The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative and operational functioning of the school. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, facilities, vendors, budgets, compliance, safety, and day-to-day operations while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.





The ideal candidate should have robust ownership, execution, people management, and problem-solving capabilities and should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration
Oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the school.
Develop and implement processes and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination across academic, administrative, and support functions.
Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and mentor the administrative and support teams, ensuring transparent delegation and accountability.

Safety, Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Develop and implement SOPs for school safety, security, emergency response, and crisis management.
