Key Responsibilities
Source and procure mechanical materials, equipment, and spare parts
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
Ensure materials meet technical and quality specifications
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and stores teams
Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
Verify GRNs and coordinate invoice processing with accounts
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Freshers to Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical purchasing or procurement
Knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and spare parts
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
Working knowledge of SAP systems and MS Excel
Valuable communication and coordination skills
