Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior NPI Manager / Lead NPI Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Industrialization. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end NPI programs, ensuring successful product launches with world-class quality, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in product development, assembly processes, process engineering, production ramp-up, and cross-functional project management within a manufacturing workplace, preferably in the Home Appliances industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Product Introduction (NPI) Leadership




Lead end-to-end NPI activities from concept validation and design freeze through pilot production and mass manufacturing.
Develop and execute comprehensive NPI strategies to ensure successful product launches.
Drive pilot builds, engineering trials, production validations, and production ramp-up activities.
Ensure recent products are launched on time, within budget, and achieve defined quality and performance targets.
Establish robust launch readiness reviews and risk mitigation plans.

Manufacturing & Process Engineering Excellence
Design and optimize manufacturing processes, assembly lines, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and plant layouts.
Lead line balancing, cycle time optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) practices.
Identify manufacturing risks proactively and implement preventive actions before SOP (Start of Production).
Improve operational efficiency,
