Perform Raw material Consumption and production loss analysis on daily basis against plan for all product line.
Prepare and track finished goods availability to supply chain management as per plan and raw material available on shop floor for Production.
Analyzed process parameter that will resulted to quality product as per quality plan.
Prepare IMS documentation in line with system requirement that will deliver consistent quality of product.
Implement protected execution of project/modification work in production area.
Corporate Initiatives: Implement autonomous maintenance practices to enhance reliability of equipment's.
