Role Description:

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing order execution, and ensuring timely delivery of commodities in line with quality and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, resolving service issues, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, and monitoring account performance. The Account Manager will prepare reports on sales activity, forecast demand, support negotiation of contracts, and identify opportunities for account growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience, optimize processes, and support the company’s overall commercial objectives.

Qualifications:

Solid client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and stakeholders. Proficiency in basic sales and account management practices, including negotiation, order tracking, and performance reporting.



Understanding of supply chain or logistics processes, especially related to commodities, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG products. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly in spoken and written form. Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or ERP systems) for data management and reporting. Ability to work in office in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in account management or sales is an advantage. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and high level of integrity when dealing with clients and sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per day
