Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, Tally Prime, GST & TDS compliance, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, financial reporting and audit coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising the accounts team and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Manage accounting entries in Tally Prime including Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Expenses and Journal entries.
Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
Perform Bank, Customer and Vendor Ledger Reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments and customer outstanding.




Monitor expenses, cash flow and support budgeting & cost control.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documents.
Supervise and guide junior accounting team members.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and other departments for accounting-related matters.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Provide accurate financial information and reports to management

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime – Mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Experience in reconciliation, AP/AR and financial reporting.
Team handling and good communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
