Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

* Lead brand development, positioning, communication, and messaging across channels.

* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Social Media, SEO/SEM, Display Ads, Email Marketing, and other platforms.

* Own the organizations social media strategy and presence, ensuring consistent brand communication.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

* Develop cutting-edge growth strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives to improve market penetration and customer engagement.

* Plan, execute, and evaluate conversion tests, experiments, and customer acquisition initiatives.

* Track and analyze ROI, KPIs, conversion rates, customer funnels, campaign performance, and marketing spend.

* Identify patterns and insights from data to optimize campaign performance, customer experience, and marketing investments.

* Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, E-commerce,



and other internal teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

* Work with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners to deliver campaigns and brand initiatives.

* Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the brand/digital marketing team, including performance tracking and development.

* Collaborate on landing pages, UX improvements, and customer journey optimization across multiple touchpoints.

* Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Key Requirements

* 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

* Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, E-commerce, or related industries preferred.

* MBA / Post Graduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Robust expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Development & Digital Mark
