We are looking for a Dispatch cum Stores Executive to manage dispatch operations, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will handle shipment coordination, stock management, and documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure on-time deliveries
Prepare invoices, labels, and shipping documents
Maintain and track inventory and stock levels
Verify orders and reconcile dispatch quantities
Coordinate with transporters and arrange shipments
Monitor shipment status and update customers
Maintain accurate records of stock and dispatch
Ensure confidentiality of pricing and company data
Requirements
Graduate or relevant experience in logistics/stores
1–3 years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations
Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
Positive communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
