Core Responsibilities
Prepare Drinks: Prepare coffee, mix creative mocktails according to café recipes.
Prep Ingredients: Juice citrus, brew custom syrups, grind coffee, and chop fresh garnishes daily.
Manage Stock: Track coffee raw materials, milk, fruit, sodas, herbs, and ice levels to prevent shortages.
Maintain Hygiene: Deep-clean machines, grinders, blenders, shakers, counters, and glassware.
Control Quality: Ensure exact taste consistency, proper milk texture, and appealing drink presentation.

Key Skills Required
Speed: Ability to multitask and work quick during heavy work hours and rushes.
Precision: Accuracy in coffee doses, measuring liquids, and following exact recipes.
Creativity: Basic understanding of flavor profiles and visual presentation/layering of drinks.
Organization: Keeping tools, coffee stations, and perishable ingredients neatly arranged and labeled.
