Role & responsibilities
Clinical Patient Care
Resuscitation and Stabilization: Rapidly assess and manage patients suffering from severe trauma, shock, sepsis, or multi-organ failure.
Daily ICU Rounds: Lead comprehensive morning and evening evaluations to track changes, update treatment plans, and monitor recovery signs.
Ventilator and Organ Support: Manage complex life-support technology, including mechanical ventilators, dialysis/renal replacement, and blood pressure-boosting medications.
Emergency Procedures: Perform invasive bedside procedures like endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be willing to work in all three shifts .i.e. Morning, Evening and Night duties.
Immediate joiners preferred.
