Position: Senior Project Manager – ELV
Department: Projects
Experience: 10–15+ years, preferably with 5+ years in a senior project-management role in Government project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV projects from design and planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Manage multiple ELV systems, including:
CCTV and video surveillance
Structured cabling and networking
SMATV/IPTV
Audio-visual systems
Security and other low-current systems
Review approved designs, shop drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and specialist subcontractors.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and contractual milestones.




Manage project risks, variations, claims, delays, and commercial issues.
Lead technical coordination meetings and project review meetings.
Ensure materials and equipment comply with approved specifications and project standards.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and system demonstrations.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards,and client specifications.
Manage project documentation
Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.
Coordinate authority inspections and obtain required approvals/certifications.
Ensure successful project handover and closure within agreed time, cost, and quality targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
10–15+ years of relevant ELV/low-current project experience.
