We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A;) to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced global organization. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical capabilities, experience supporting US-based operations, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers.
Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting packages to support informed decision-making.




Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth opportunities, profitability, and investment decisions.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, utilization, headcount, and other operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with business and leadership teams to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
Support strategic planning initiatives, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting, and financial analytics processes through automation and technology.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow optimization tools.
Identify prospects to improve scalability, efficiency, and reporting accuracy through platforms such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and other business intelligence solutions.
