About the Role

The MetaDerm Centre of Dermatology-Trichology-Regenerative Aesthetics is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients.

The role requires a warm, qualified and patient-centric approach along with solid coordination and organisational skills. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing patient appointments, front-office operations, calls and messages, patient follow-ups, billing coordination and day-to-day administrative activities while maintaining confidentiality and clinic standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Handling & Front Office Operations




Greet patients courteously and manage walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule doctor appointments.
Coordinate appointments based on doctor availability.
Maintain smooth patient flow and minimise waiting time.
Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and politely.
Provide basic patient guidance/counselling as required.

Communication & Coordination
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
Manage WhatsApp messages and emails related to patients and appointments.
Coordinate effectively between doctors, nursing staff, technicians and patients.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, procedures and post-visit communication.
Be responsible for handling the clinic phone throughout the working period.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain front-desk metrics, appointment logs and daily reports.
Prepare weekly reports covering:
Recent patient enquiries
Marketing lead data
