Imagine Fibres is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer
to join our manufacturing operations at
Keshwana, Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan
.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with
approximately 10 years of overall HR & Admin experience
, including substantial and demonstrable
Plant HR experience in a manufacturing or factory-based workplace
.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR planning and operations aligned with organizational and workforce requirements.
Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people-related processes.
Drive Training Needs Identification/Analysis (TNI/TNA), skill matrices, and learning & development initiatives.
Manage performance processes including OKRs/KRAs, PIPs, and 360° feedback.
Oversee employee engagement, welfare, compensation and benefits administration.
Manage industrial relations, employee relations, conflict resolution, and collective bargaining.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee factory administration, security, and safety protocols.
Manage government and regulatory liaison, including labour departments and relevant authorities.
Support organizational development and workforce culture-building initiatives.
Lead crisis management and ensure business continuity and employee safety.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Approximately
10 years of HR & Admin experience
.
Strong and demonstrable
Plant HR experience
in a manufacturing/factory setting.
Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
