Responsible for GSTR1 and Input GST.
Preparation of monthly summary for GST and TDS.

Audit Management
Maintenance of statutory documents seperately for inspections (last 7 years). (GST, P,TAX and TDS)
Preparation of ITR DATA with all supporting documents as per CA formats.
Conduct of quarterly internal audit on financial aspects(Vendor payments, Incentives, Petty cash, debit vouchers, BRC) of all group companies and submit the report to CMD.
Proper replies to notices/queries received from GST, Income Tax & Other Statutory bodies. Coordinate with concerned dept until closure of case.
Proper back up of accounts/finance data.

Software and Tally management

1.Overseeing of Invoice/E-Invoice submission with all supporting documents to the clients. 2.Ensure that invoice should be submitted before 5th of every month.




Overseeing of Payroll management as per schedules
Payment of Vendor invoices, Incentives and Debit vouchers as per terms and conditions. 5. Reconciliation of bank statement on daily basis and rectify the issues if any immediately. 6. Updation of Invoice payment receipt ledgers.
Submission of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to CMD.
Proper maintenance of all documents for inspections
Submission of OD/CC documents on mothly basis to the PNB. Maintain record of PBG, EMD, Tender Fees/DDs and OD utilisation tracker.
Management of employees retention initiatives, involves strategic action to keep employees sustainbility with high motivation & productivity

Compliance Mangement
Optimum Utilisation & Properly Updation of Invoice/Payroll Software and Tally data base.
Updation of Inovice Payment, Wages, Vendor Payments, Debit Vouchers and Uniform Inventory in Tally.
