Role & responsibilities
Community Outreach & Engagement
Conduct regular field visits to villages, schools, colleges, and community centers to promote NJF/KISC programs.
Organize awareness drives, roadshows, and local events to engage youth and parents.
Build relationships with Panchayats, local leaders, NGOs, and SHGs to facilitate mobilization.
Lead Generation & Mobilization
Identify and mobilize potential candidates for various skilling programs through direct and indirect channels.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion in coordination with the admissions team.
Support in organizing mobilization camps and enrollment drives in target geographies.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with government departments, educational institutions,



and community organizations for cooperative outreach.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, logistics, and reporting of mobilization activities.
Act as a bridge between the community and KISC to ensure feedback and continuous improvement.
Communication & Promotion
Assist in developing localized promotional materials and messaging tailored to community needs.
Support digital outreach efforts by capturing stories, testimonials, and field insights.
Represent KISC in local forums and community meetings to build trust and visibility.
