Hotel Driver – Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Driver

Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and drop off hotel guests at airports and other locations.
Transport guests safely to local attractions, business meetings, and other destinations as requested.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with guests.
Assist guests with luggage when required.
Keep the hotel vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready for service.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
Follow traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments regarding guest transportation.




Handle guest information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Support other hotel transportation duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
Valuable knowledge of local roads and destinations.
Safe and responsible driving record.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Qualified appearance and polite behaviour.
Previous hotel, hospitality, or commercial driving experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
The role may involve weekends, holidays, early-morning or late-night airport transfers, and flexible working hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
