Role & responsibilities
Design, implement and manage the PMS framework.
Drive goal setting, reviews and performance evaluations.
Lead talent management initiatives including identification, assessment and development.
Develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and talent insights.
Partner with leaders to drive a performance-driven culture.
Ensure continuous improvement in performance and talent processes.
Skills & Competencies Requirement
Solid understanding of PMS and Talent Management practices.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel advanced).
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
