Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in plant maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines.
Attend and resolve machine breakdowns during running plant shifts, ensuring minimum downtime.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines (SPM / assembly machines / automation systems).
Conduct shop floor activities related to machine maintenance.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems (air cylinders, valves, etc.).
Robust knowledge of mechanical systems and their upkeep.
Record and analyze breakdown data (MTTR / MTBF), prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
Use MS Office, SAP system for breakdown entry, maintenance records, and reporting.
Support industrial automation activities for machine efficiency and uptime improveme
Preferred candidate profile
Dip./BE/ B.Tech. with Mechanical
Valuable written & verbal communication skills
