Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Couple Coordinator to coordinate with couples, understand their requirements, provide timely information, and ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with couples and assist them throughout their hospital journey.
Explain procedures, appointments, documentation, and other required processes clearly.
Schedule and follow up on appointments and consultations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, billing, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient/couple records and required documents.




Handle queries and provide timely responses through phone and in-person communication.
Follow up with couples regarding appointments, tests, reports, and treatment schedules.
Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Prepare daily follow-up and coordination reports.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements
Any degree / Diploma.
Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
