Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Backend Telecaller – Sales to join our team in Dehradun.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and converting leads into sales.

Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
Explain products/services clearly and generate customer interest.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, lead status,



and customer details.
Update customer information and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while speaking with customers.

Candidate Requirements
12th pass or graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable Hindi communication is required.
Basic English communication will be an advantage.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively.
