Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of 510 lakhs.
Build and maintain robust sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
