Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through onboarding and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and activity records in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline updates.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, finance, and customer-service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.




Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Support, guide, and mentor junior sales representatives.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing key accounts and negotiating with decision-makers.
Working knowledge of CRM software and sales-reporting tools.
Solid understanding of the relevant industry, products, and competitive landscape.
