Supervise and manage daily warehouse floor activities.
Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor their productivity.
Coordinate loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within the required TAT.
Monitor inbound and outbound material movement.
Ensure proper stacking and storage of goods as per warehouse guidelines.
Check physical stock and coordinate for regular stock/cycle counts.
Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the Manager.
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements.
Coordinate with the Transport/Traffic team for vehicle placement and dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards on the warehouse floor.
Ensure workers follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with the Warehouse Manager.
Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.
Train and guide recent warehouse staff whenever required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
