Job Summary

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling and fashion advice to customers, understand their requirements, and drive sales by recommending suitable products and looks.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, body type, occasion, and budget.
Provide personalized fashion and styling consultations.
Understand current fashion trends and product collections.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a premium shopping experience.
Suggest outfit combinations, accessories, and complete looks.
Maintain knowledge of fabrics, fits, colors, and styling techniques.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.




Coordinate with the store/team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, personal shopping, or luxury retail.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with solid sales ability.
Positive presentation and grooming.
Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Qualification in Fashion Design / Fashion Styling / Retail Management is preferred

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
