We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage, update, verify, and maintain company data across internal systems, spreadsheets, databases, and online platforms. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company systems, Excel sheets, and databases.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
Perform data cleaning, formatting, sorting, and filtering.
Update customer, product, project, or business-related information as required.
Handle data received through emails, forms, documents, and other sources.
Identify and correct data-entry errors and duplicate records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
Prepare basic reports and data summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incorrect information.
Complete assigned data-entry tasks within defined timelines.
Follow company processes and maintain proper documentation.





Required Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.

Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Basic understanding of data management and documentation.

Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business management software.
Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and basic formulas.
Basic knowledge of online research and data verification.

Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Positive English communication and comprehension skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working on computers for extended periods.
