Supervise day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry and other facility-related services.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall upkeep of the facility.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and facility requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, AMC services, consumables and inventory.
Ensure proper availability and functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other essential systems.
Handle facility-related complaints and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution.
Monitor staff attendance, work allocation and performance of facility support staff.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, emergency procedures and organizational policies.
Support audits, inspections and statutory requirements related to facility management.
Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance and pending issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
