About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust architectural design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare 2D plans, working drawings, and construction drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate with the execution team to ensure proper implementation of designs.
Review drawings and make necessary revisions based on client and site requirements.
Prepare presentations, material specifications, and design documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
Good understanding of construction materials, building details, and site execution.
Robust design sense and attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
