PUBLISHER, WEB & MM

Position Summary

The Publisher, Web & MM will be responsible for supporting the programs production requirements during all stages of program life cycle.

She/he will have ownership of Web Content production activities for one or more complex GDMP group project(s). They will ensure the project(s) output meets local and global expectations.

She/he is responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring customer expectations are met and/or exceeded while maintaining highest levels of quality and efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Experience in working with numerous client/stakeholders simultaneously
Experience working within NSO environment
Completing Web Publishing activities within CMS
Working with templates and wireframes to meet customer requirements
Quality assuring all production tasks completed
Ensure on-time global delivery of production requirements to the highest quality standards
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders




Overall focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction
Work effectively with Global teams on all production tasks

To Be Successful You Will Have:
Ability to lead communications effectively across multiple diverse marketing, reporting and editorial teams
Ability to work self-sufficiently within a team setting
Excellent communication skills via email, reports, presentations and working with clients.
Have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Robust knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript. Would be beneficial
Ability to solve problems, show initiative and enthusiasm and attention to detail.
