About the Role

We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in electrical and automation control panel manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with electrical drawings, panel wiring, production planning, quality inspection, troubleshooting and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Understand recent production jobs and prepare required production documentation.
Read and prepare electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Coordinate control-panel assembly, wiring and production activities.
Allocate work to production team members and monitor progress.
Ensure production work is completed according to drawings and planned timelines.
Guide team members and resolve technical issues during production.
Inspect completed panels for wiring, assembly and workmanship.
Develop and maintain QC checklists and inspection records.




Coordinate with Service and other internal teams to identify and rectify product issues.
Coordinate material requirements with relevant departments.
Monitor production quality, productivity and team performance.
Provide technical guidance and training to production team members.
Maintain production, quality, material and team records.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
2+ years of relevant experience in:
Electrical panel manufacturing
Control panel production
Industrial automation
Electrical production
Robust understanding of electrical/control panel wiring and assembly.
Ability to read and prepare electrical/wiring drawings.
Knowledge of PLC panels, control panels, relays, contactors, MCBs, sensors and related components.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
