Terrain Estates is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to lead its sales team while actively driving sales closures. This role requires a leader who can coach and motivate the sales team, personally engage with customers, negotiate deals, and ensure disciplined sales execution through CRM-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Executive team to consistently achieve sales targets.
Drive sales of Residential Plots, Villas, Villaments, and Apartments.
Personally meet prospective customers at project sites, offices, residences, or other preferred locations to generate and close business.
Guide Sales Executives during customer interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies.




Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely lead follow-ups for maximum conversion.
Conduct daily sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and team performance meetings.
Train team members on:
Product knowledge
Sales techniques
Objection handling
Negotiation skills
CRM usage
Company SOPs
Ensure all customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities are updated accurately in the CRM.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, site visits, and closures.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends to recommend effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from site visit through registration and handover.
