Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and hire retail sales executives, cashiers, and karigars (artisans); manage interviews, job offers, and joining formalities.
Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance, shift logs, and leave records, coordinating data for monthly payroll processing.
Statutory Compliance: Maintain adherence to labor laws, shop and establishment acts, and social audits (PF, ESI).
Employee Relations: Resolve staff grievances, manage floor-level conflicts, and implement retention strategies.
HR Operations: Maintain physical and digital employee files, issue confirmation or-appraisal letters, and handle exit formalities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Requirements & Skills
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of generalist HR experience, ideally within retail, luxury showrooms, or manufacturing sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and HR management software (HRMS).
Soft Skills: Solid local language and interpersonal communication skills to manage floor workers and store managers effectively

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
