Responsibilities-
Assist in Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems in computers, servers, and related equipment
Perform regular maintenance to prevent system failures
Help identify technical problems and suggest effective solutions
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components
Coordinate with software engineers and IT teams to resolve system-related issues
Ensure compatibility of hardware with operating systems and applications
Respond quickly to hardware breakdowns and emergency repair needs
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Robust knowledge of computer hardware components and architecture
Hands-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting
Understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
Time management skills to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience in assembling and disassembling computer systems
Knowledge of networking hardware (routers, switches, LAN setup)
Experience in preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
