We’re looking for someone who can
turn conversations into conversions
through active, engaging chats.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads through
Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms
.
Understand customers’ fitness goals and recommend the right GETSETFIT program.
Build genuine conversations and maintain active follow-ups.
Handle questions and objections confidently.
Convert conversations into memberships and achieve sales targets.
Maintain lead and conversion records.




Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in
sales, counselling, business development, or chat-based customer service
.
Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
Natural, persuasive, and confident communication style.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Target-driven with robust follow-up and objection-handling skills.
Genuine interest in
fitness, nutrition, and wellness
.
Hindi/regional languages are a plus.
