Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Sting the Recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
Co-ordinate with candidate and department manager for structured interview process.

Onboarding
Prepare and block the calendar of the Inductor to complete the onboarding process.
Collect the feedback of the onboarding process.
Keep regular communication with employee. Implementation of Buddy System.

Compensation and Benefit
Ensuring and Monitoring Attendance punching records of all the employees.
Ensuring effective leave management, data up keeping MIS preparation & analysis.
To coordinate with the finance & Accounts for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for recent joiners, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, etc.
Handling payroll queries of employees.

Statutory Compliance
Compliant on ESIC, PF, LWF & Qualified Tax regulations.
Timely renewal of Factory Licence, Consent for Operation,
Liaisoning with Government Officers.
Governance with Pollution control board.




Monitoring and ensuring timely submission and proper compliance of statutory returns (monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/annual) relating to Factory Act, EPF, ESIC, Contract Labor Act, Payment of Wages Act etc.
Notices reply - like inspection and show cause from factories, labour, ESI, PF,PT authority.

Contract Management
Complying with all statutory documents as per Contract Labour Act.
Verifying Contractor Bills and certifying the bills as per statutory norms.

Shared Service:
Assisting and redirecting, GMC query, like issuing medical policy no. and Re-imbursement.
Time to time to Addition & Deletion of Employees. "
Maintain employee records, personal file, as and when the recent resource hired.
Convert the HR System to Digital HR platform.

Safety
Compliant as per the safety regulation.
Conducting timely Mock drill, Organising training to First Aiders & ERT members.
Maintaining the First Aid Box.
