About the Role

Otica Healthcare Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Offline Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, business development, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates will receive practical exposure to field sales, client interaction, and market development.

Key Responsibilities
Visit distributors, dealers, retailers, hospitals, and prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.




Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and field visits.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG, or related industries are also welcome.

Required Skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Solid willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
Positive negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to travel for field visits.
Positive attitude, confidence, punctuality, and a target-oriented mindset.
