About the Role
We are scaling rapidly across cities and customer segments. This role combines high-velocity field sales with strategic enterprise sales, requiring the ability to close both SMB deals and large, multi-location B2B accounts.
You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion, while also building and managing key enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales (Core)
Conduct cold visits and generate 710 qualified leads daily
Drive conversions across SMB segments (restaurants, cafes, gyms, retail, etc.)
Build robust on-ground presence and customer relationships




Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs

Enterprise Sales (Added Scope)
Identify and target large B2B / enterprise accounts (QSR chains, hotels, co-working spaces, retail chains, hospitals, etc.)
Manage longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance)
Build and nurture CXO / decision-maker relationships
Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and closures for high-value deals
Drive multi-location / key account partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and deployments

Strategic Contribution
Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product and pricing strategy
Support expansion into current segments and geographies
