Role & responsibilities
Provide first-level support to business users for SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues related to production planning, inventory management, sales & distribution and quality management.
Support SAP master data activities, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version and Quality Master Data.
Coordinate with business users to understand issues, document requirements and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in SAP configuration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of system enhancements.
Monitor SAP support tickets and ensure timely closure as per agreed service levels.
Prepare process documentation, user manuals and training materials.
Support SAP integration with manufacturing shop-floor systems and other business applications.
