Qualification: ITI – Mechanical / Fitter / Machine Maintenance
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Pitampura, Delhi – Head Office

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technical Manager with robust hands-on knowledge of machinery, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and technical operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling machinery-related technical issues and guiding the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise mechanical machinery maintenance and technical activities.
Handle preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize machine downtime.
Supervise installation, dismantling, repair and servicing of machinery.
Check and maintain bearings, gearboxes, shafts, pumps, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and other mechanical components.




Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain machinery records.
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth machine operations.
Guide and supervise technicians, fitters and maintenance staff.
Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective measures.
Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
Read and understand technical drawings, machine manuals and specifications.
Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers whenever required.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
ITI qualification in Mechanical / Fitter / Machine Tool Maintenance.
8–10 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance/technical operations.
Robust practical knowledge of mechanical machinery and maintenance.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
