Role & responsibilities
Support implementation of Trakwel (MES), mTrak, and other digital solutions
Train end users and ensure system adoption.
Maintain project dashboards and validate data accuracy.
Support AI projects including Defect Detection and SPI Measurement.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Maintenance, Quality and IT teams.
Conduct weekly project reviews and submit progress reports.
