Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tender searches across various Railway portals and identify relevant opportunities.
Evaluate technical eligibility criteria and prepare essential documentation as per tender requirements.
Manage end-to-end tender compilation and submission processes on IREPS, e-Procurement, and GeM portals.
Prepare, edit, and maintain tender documents and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess general knowledge of Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T;) items and casting for estimation purposes.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Robust attention to detail with valuable analytical and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with government and railway tendering procedures.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely submissions.
