Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and control DCS systems, ensuring smooth operation of continuous processes.
Perform shift operations, including solvent recovery, reactor maintenance, distillation column management, hydrogenation processes, and chemical production.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of panel operation.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize plant performance.
To run the shifts as per: the plan, product/batch to be manufactured, available manpower and priorities with respect to dispatch and customer orders
Operating the plant Through DCS panel & managing field plant activities to comply QHSSE requirement with conservation of natural resources / utilities / RM.
