About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate and develop sales for our Prefab Division, including prefabricated office cabins, site offices, security cabins, portable cabins, PUF cabins and related structures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, references, enquiries and market research.
Visit construction sites, factories, warehouses, companies and project locations to identify potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable prefab solutions.
Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
Follow up with leads, quotations and prospective customers until order closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, industries and corporate clients.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with production, estimation and installation teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status and follow-up details.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Business / Sales or related field preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
Solid follow-up and closing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Tamil and English communication required; Hindi/Kannada will be an added advantage.
